What can I say I found these guys when searching for a solar system sent email to Mark and we chatted and talked prices I read the reviews as you are now and all seemed pretty good, the deal, the customer service, and how quick they acting once we agreed on the deal, Brodie the installer and his helpers turned up right on time Brodie explained everything about the system and the best place to put the panels, the whole time he talked to me about the system, I am pretty fussy and I was pleased with what I saw in their workmanship 4 hours later and it was done neat and tidy no mess.

I have had my 5kw system installed for over 6 months and am very happy with the great results it has produced. I had a few quotes and although the price was certainly competeive, what really impressed me was that Mark answered all my questions from the type of panels to the type of inverter to use with the three phase power but without being pushy in regards to making a sale. The installers arrived on time and gave some good advice in to placing the inverter in a better position than i had originally envisaged. The installation was done neatly within a few hours of arriving. The following day i had a follow up call to see if i was happy with the installation. Overall 10/10. Thank You

Excellent customer service, thoroughly recommend!

Excellent customer service from all staff. Sales rep – Mark who explained at length the product and answered my many questions in relation to Solar and his product. Kiralee in the office was also a pleasure to deal with in terms of bookings and a re-schedule due to poor weather. Installation staff – Elliot and his team were punctual, tidy and the install went to plan – no issues at all. Couldn’t be more satisfied from start to finish. Had done a lot of research re products, price and reviews – yet to see outcome of system but found Mark to be knowledgeable and not wanting to push a product or just the high end of the range. Thoroughly recommend.

Recommended to nine family and friends

I was introduced to Enviren by a friend that has a system installed. I called Enviren and spoke to Mark O’Connor who promptly gave me his best price with asking for a discount . This was much cheaper pricing than the competition. I immediately placed the order and gave a deposit. The installers arrived on the day and installed the equipment as quoted. The installer were neat and cleaned up after the job. The installed system has exceeded my expectation in production. Since then 9 of my family and friends have had system installed on my recommendation to use Enviren. They are all as happy as me. My system is live on the web site PVOUTPUT and my equipment Aurora inverter and Tianwei panels exceeds production of other user with same size systems using different equipment.

Unbeatable price and professional service

I can’t find fault with the solar solution and service that Enviren Solar has provided to me. I performed extensive research prior to purchasing the solar system as I found that there was quite a large difference in price across the various solar providers and needed to ensure that I purchased a solution that was appropriate for my household and did not spend money for components that did not add value.

Firstly, the price that I bought the system for was by far the cheapest from all other providers – for a like-4-like solution. Further, other providers were to include additional charges for the installation as it was complicated (3 storey house, 45 degree angle roof, additional cabling) – Enviren Solar did not. Other providers also expected some form of negotiation before they would give me their best offer – Environ Solar did not.

The service that Environ Solar provided was professional and timely. From the office staff to the team that performed the installation, everyone was focused on the job. Mark has the ability to explain the solution and emphasises what is important in the solution and what adds value.
It has all gone so smoothly that it is hard to believe and do strongly recommend Enviren Solar.
